  Service was absolutely horrible!! When I called, the gentleman was very nice but when I got up there, the lady with the blonde afro has a tremendous attitude problem. She wouldnt answer my questions and kept cutting me off while im speaking, refused to get the gentleman that I spoke to earlier and she just kept saying has been there 12yrs! I don't care, your not any help...i don't deal with rude people .....get me anyone else!! So I took my money to briarcliff!! It may cost more but at least there not rude!! Total disappointment! This USED to be my go to store but upper manager needs to retrain some of there short tempered, no information workers!!

  You would think that for an animal hospital, they would make room for walk-ins; but no. I came in on a Sunday and was turned away with an appointment to drop-off the following morning at 7AM because they were "all booked up" despite no one else being there. The next morning, no one showed up to open the "hospital" until 7:30AM which had myself and two other parties waiting. Completely unacceptable! To top it off, when I finally got a call back (right before the banks closed might I add), the vet threw me a list of things wrong with my cat without providing a total. After inquiring, the total work to be performed was around $685 just to run tests! Not including any possible work to follow! I asked if they had payment plans or was able to bill me given the hefty amount to which I was told no- they only accept cash or debit/credit on the spot. Do you really think that the clientele in this lower-income area can afford to drop $700 on a dime? Even if I could, you are telling me before I have a chance to get the money together? You had my cat since 7:30 AM!! Why was I told this so late?! One last thing to mention is the medication they gave me (that I paid for) was not enough. I was supposed to be given 6.66mls of Prednisolone to treat my cat for the next 9 days; however I'm probably only going to have enough for 2 days. I am definitely looking elsewhere for veterinary services and will NOT be back.
